Facebook has already taken advantage of L.C.O.R.E in New Mexico.
In March 2019 the Governor signed into law the The Energy Transition Act which committed New Mexico to 100% renewable energy by 2050. The Act garnered support from from PNM, environment organizations, and labor unions.
